Okay so its been a couple of months since my last complaint regarding the Uncapped Lite. I haven't downloaded or barely used my Wi-Fi for over 2 months now and I have been experiencing the poorest speeds. I want out on this contract please as you are not delivering proper service.
Please give me the details I need to end this contract asap, I will even send you the Wi-Fi modem back.
