I went to Vodashop at The Glen on the 1st of September to migrate my contract from a Blackberry to a normal contract as I had changed phones. Because it was the 1st of the month, Yentl suggested that I buy a 1GIG data bundle for R149, to which I agreed. She said it would be added to my account as a Value Added Service. I received my bill this month and it was A LOT higher than expected (about double). When I queried it, the said no VAS had been added and that I must call the manager of the store to investigate. I called on Monday (28th Oct) he said he would investigate and call me back on Tuesday - he did not. I called this morning at 10am and left a message - not returned. I called again at 12:50pm and was told he would call back in 10 mins - it is now 1:30pm and I am still waiting.
