You just can't get it right can you?

I migrated from a Blackberry corporate contract to using a Samsung S3 in Nov 2013.
Knowing that i would be paying for data I requested a MyMeg500 data bundle to be added to my contract.
In Dec 2013 I found that the Mymeg500 bundle was never associated with my contract and I was liable for quite a tidy sum for data charges. In addition to that little blunder I was still being charged for BES!
Our accounts lady approached Vodacom and they stated that they would investigate and credit me for the extra data charges as well as the BES subscription.
Although this was done I have now found that I have TWO Mymeg500 budles associated with my account AND i AM STILL BEING CHARGED FOR BES!! If I wanted 1GB of data I would have opted for the MyGig1 bundle and if I still wanted BES I definitely would not have gone for a Samsung S3!
I emailed Vodacom on Tuesday and they stated again that they will investigate. It is now Friday and still not a word yet I am expected to pay the account.
So Vodacom, is this plain or just pure incompetence?
I would like to have this resolved and move on with my life instead of having to nanny a "top telecoms service provider". Seriously PEEVED.
