Blackberry Z10 eats 1gig in a day

3 mopnths ago I purchased a blackberry Z10 phone on contract on the Smart M package. The cost R488.10 per month including insurance on the phone. I did the transaction at the Vodacom Customer Care Shop at Westgate. Once the contract was activated, we then started experiencing problem where the phone was consuming data at an alarming rate. In the 1st month we paid R1500, where calls was R120 and the rest R891.90 for data. The second month we set a call limit of R500 on the fone, the bill then came to R1208 and we purchased an additional 1gig at R149, needless to say by 27 August 2013 the fone was then soft locked as the data was depleted. I was informed that the bill would be R1600. I went to the Vodacom Customer Care Shop at Westgate and did a migration on the contract from Smart M to Top Up 315 with an extra gig added to the contract. Well today 3 September the airtime of 315 has not been loaded on the phone, logged a call for that, havent heard a thing from Vodacom. The gig was added and from 2 - 3 Sept the gig is depleted. Logged a call again to see what is eating the data. It is so frustrating and no solutions forthcoming. I call and I go to the shop for help, but nothing.
