Paying for a dead phone!!!

For the past 4 weeks i have been having network issues, i called a number of times and was told to keep going into my settings and register on cell c network, i have been doing this on a daily bases WHY?? i am a woman that travels alone, i cant make a call when i need to cos there is no network, i cant send an sms, bbm or whatsapp cos i have no network, in case of an emergency what do i do? sit in my car and try to register on the network AGAIN?? i called last week once again and was told that a tecnician will cal me on MOnday, its now Friday, a consultant by the name of Marvin before assisting me asked for my cell number, while giving it to him he puts me on mute, i can hear all thats happening in the back but he refuses to speak and just stays silent for 15 minutes, i kept on saying hello hello and then he tranfers me to the call centre??? he was from the technical department.. really?? is this what i have to deal with until my contract ends?? if i am in an emergency and i cant at the very least make a call, i will sue Cell C!!!
