Installation of Wireless ADSL Route

Purchased the ADSL Wireless router on the 9 January 2013 - collected on 10 Jan. Today is the 19th Jan and after more thatn 10 phone calls and 6-8 emails - I STILL CANNOT get a Technician out to assist with the setting up of the ADSL. Agreed and prepared to pay the R500.00 installation fee. I am now beside myself and do not know what to do anymore. They keep making promises to send someone and apologize on behalf of Telkim and then e-mail or sms me to say the matter has been resolved - FOR GOODNESS SAKE I AM HERE AND I HAVE SEEN NOT ONE PERSON entering my premises. Any suggestions of where else I could go for assistance
