Rude person threw phone down in my ea

I have been trying for 3 days to relocate my line. I eventually went to Gateway Telkom store yesterday. I sat waiting for 30 min just to be told that I must do it over the phone. I told the assistant that I have been trying to do it the day prior but they never answer the phone. So today I eventually reach someone, just for this lady to be so absolutely rude and eventually throwing the phone down in my ear only because she was too illiterate to understand what I am trying to tell her...
