I currently have 6 active lines, 3 months ago requested 1 line to be cancelled as line had ended, went into sandton city and completed all docs, 2 months after that, line was sill active and i was being billed for it. i complained to Priscilla and then received a credit note. today my active line was cancelled by mistake as they told me they processed the incorrect cancellation, Nashua cannot get my account right, please can someone in senior management contact me urgently.
