After more than a year of complaining about my mobile reception problem, and having absolutely no one at MTN even bothering to return my calls, at last, a shining light.
Big thanks go out to Gareth Weppenaar who became aware of my problem, and then owned it and solved it.
Within a week he came out to my property in Midrand, and he has sorted out what the rest of the company didn"t do in a year of complaining.
Great service, a consultant who actually listens and takes action.
That"s all we ask for as paying customers.
Gareth is a credit to his profession, but sadly, the only one I have dealt with at MTN, who is.
