Signed up for Uncapped Pro. R899 x 24pm (I obviously have copies of all documents I signed). After all the paperwork was completed, I sent Freddy Molefe an email to confirm that I was signed up for the Uncapped Pro package. Received email on Tue 5/28/2013 which confirmed the latter.
As time went on, it turned out I was in fact NOT on the Uncapped Pro package but rather on the MTN Broadband package which is capped on 10GB. So far, the bills escalates every month over R1 000pm.
I did not agree to a 10gb cap. Overcharging of my account has to be refunded and account has to be corrected or there is no agreement. Have communicated this to Freddy Molefe on Tue 7/16/2013 via email. Received a "read report" on 7/16/2013. Till date, I have had no response.
