I needed info from the agents firstly i was speaking to Sibusiso he did not reply to what i asked him then he replied telling me that i am non responsive to the chat he decided to end it without answering my question then i logged back on and spoke to Shirley she did the same thing and her replies showed Sibusiso name so it seems as they were not knowledgeable about what i asked them and they still couldn't assist me... i don't have any issues with Telkom mobile everything is perfect just the contact centre reps will give a very bad name to your company hence i have being telling my friends to switch to telkom mobile, i don't even know if i'm still gonna port my MTN number to you guys... So please let your guys know that they represent your company and anything bad they do it reflects to your company.
