Hi we we have reported your phone faulty on the 21012013 ref no 981CNK210113.nothing happend reported again 23012013 and was told it was in precress. Today I Phoned again to hear that my line was FIXED Well it is not. she gave me another number 487538 and is now passing it on to a tecnition
Trying to get on there website just to see it is under construction.
Please tel me what to do
