More than a month ago our Telkom line went down, we reported this immediately and was given a ref number 308CRK010413. We have been phoning Telkom every week to find out the progress, but was told something is wrong with the cable and they dont know how long it will take to get fixed. We were told we would receive an sms when something has been resolved, but still nothing has happened. On the 2nd April 2013 I logged another complaint on their website, but was "told" this ref number has been reported and cannot be submitted again. We are still being billed but with NO satisfaction as to when the problem will be resolved
