A week ago I reported a faulty adsl line to my ISP WebAfrica. Since then they have not been able to have it fixed.
I have had my problem 'escalated' every day - still nothing fixed.
I have had them promise me to follow it up with Telkom and make sure it gets fixed. Now Telkom is closing my fault (without informing me). WebAfrica is not following it up like they promised. And I still do not have a working line.
All they want to do is escalate it again. Passing the buck. Not keeping their prommises. And definately not caring about me and my small account.
It has been a week now.
