After I reported this on Hello Peter, Telkom came back to me, saying that they will attend to the problem. It's now three weeks after that and the problem of our three faulty lines is still not sorted out. It is still faulty and when I phoned today on the 21st of May, the consultant (Mahlodi) told me that this three lines were not reported before! How can that be? I phone and report it almost three times per week. This is bad service and because of this, we loose our clients. Today, 22nd of May, I phoned again. The consultant told me only one of the lines is reported, and yesterday Mahlodi told me she did report all three lines while speaking to me on the phone. And while speaking to this other (I think it's Nelly) consultant on the phone today, trying to report the three lines AGAIN, the line was just cut off! Now I have to phone again, and it's time consuming and just plain bad service.
