VERY POOR RECEPTION

I have switched from Vodacom to Telkom to receive a promised deal on my Samsung S4. As I am the owner of a nursery school I have a lot of parents complaining that they cannot contact me. Every day I have voice messages regarding missed calls. This is a very dangerous situation as some parents need to contact me regarding medication and urgent matters regarding collecting their children. The business is also starting to suffer because of the poor Telkom service. I have already spent more than 3 hours at the N1 city branch as well as the Cape Town Waterfront branch trying to sort things out. Staff were helpful but that is where the service stops. I intend reporting this to the relevant complaint body to have my contract nullified. Lives are literally at stake. I never had this with Vodacom. Went for a drive on the N7 and just before reaching Malmesbury I had NO RECEPTION. Had to use my wife's Vodacom phone.
