I have ordered online for an S3 Mini phone and this lady by the name of Carmen Filer calls to finalize the deal, i was happy with the S3 Mini and i told her to process it, couple of minutes later a colleague of mine came in with a nashua mobile magazine and on it i saw an S4 Mini which according to me was much batter than an S3mini, so i sent her an email telling her that if she can put that s3 on hold cause i like the s4mini, but she insisted that its not possible i cannot bring back the phone since i already agreed over the phone, According to me this does not make any sense because i did all these things in a space of ours, i went to the branch and they gave me forms to saying that they will return it and apply for me the S4 mini without any hustle but this filler lady insist that i will to pay for the cost incurred which i'm not willing to pay as i don't like the s3min and its not like i just cancelled everything i only changed the phone before i could even receive it.
