Switching of Bouque

Today i contacted Multichoice in order to downgrade my bouque. however he had to transfer me to extra view and unfortunately Mongezi Ganila answered my call. There was lots of noise in the back ground when he answered my call and he was speaking, i had to say hello for more than 3 or times, of which he eventually responded by saying hello your line is too soft i cant hear you. I told him that i can hear him clearly and the consultant before him heard me clearly so why cant he hear me, and eventually he heard me loud and clear, i did nothing on my side but he managed to hear me. i asked him how can i go about switching my bouque to a smaller package and how much is it. He then told me it is R274 without checking, and then he asked me is there anything else, i said you did not tel me how to go about downgrading, he said you did not asked me you only asked how much is it. so i asked him so if i downgrade on the 28th will i only pay R274 and is there no prorata? he said its only R274 with an attitude without checking if i am on extra view, I said guy you have an attitude, he said my name is not guy, its Mongezi I said you did not tell me, he said lets move on.
