Call centre operators, network coverage and repairs

Okay, so I really didn't think I'd have to lodge a complaint like this about Mtn, but I'm fed up with them. I applied for a contract with them which was approved but I had to wait for around a week for them to sort out the paper work then I had to wait for about another week to get the phone (the same thing happened to me two years ago when I opened my first contract with them. Looks like I didn't learn). The network coverage is absolutely terrible and its not like I live in the middle of nowhere, I stay in the south of johannesburg. The call centre people are probably the most rude and incompetent people I've ever dealt wit. Every question is either answered with 'I'm not sure, let me transfer you' or 'all we can do is reset your account, please remove your battery'. Then my Sony XperiaZ screen cracked and I took it in for repairs only to learn from an employee of Mtn that 24 hour mobility (the insurance company offered by Mtn when I took out all three of my contracts) is really horrible and boy, were they right. It went in on the 13th of August and I still haven't received any confirmation that the phone has gone in. Really Mtn
