I received an sms stating that I am overdue on my MTN contract (I am on a debit order for the last XX years).
I have recently complained about the service and today I will do so again. I tried calling the contracts team and was transferred from the call centre to 0831808.

I was on hold for 27 minutes with no answer??? this is truly how i want to be treated as a consumer. Next month is my birthday and I will then be doing a credit rating on myself through trans Union as I get a free evaluation.

If there is a negative mark on my credit rating I will go to MTN and get physical with the people there... I AM SICK AND TIRED OF BEING IGNORED AND AS A CONSUMER WE GET THE SHORT END OF THE STICK... ENOUGH IS ENOUGH - i WANT TO SWEAR BUT I KNOW THAT THE PERSON ANSWERING MY CALL IS GOING TO TAKE IT PERSONALLY AND THAT IS NOT FAIR AS IT IS NOT THERE FAULT AT ALL.

My credit rating is super important as I have just applied for a homeloan and if I am tuned down as a result... I will see you in court.

Your debit is due to go off shortly... (1st of the month) not on the 31st... stop sending me sms's.

I am not in the wrong... I want to cancel my contract... thank you
