Contract Nightmare

In July I received a SMS on my phone to renew a cellphone contract from my wife.
I also have a contract for my father on my name as well as another contract for a Mac computer and 3 G card for my wife, so in total a valued customer, all on debitorder with perfect record
Renewat Tygervalley branch Vodacom and mentioned a contract for my wife's phonenot more than R400.00
Month of July was R 1251.00 and I stated specifically more than 3 times that I do not want to pay IN TOTAL, bottom line not more than R400.00 all included for this contract, .I again insisted, and she again confirmed this figure. I signed.
Received August~R3247.00 and went to the branch, asked for the Manager~Arnine no help
Received September~R2831.00 went in again, now all they could do is cap the contract at R400.00
Received October~452.00, Debit order now R - 8000, was sent back, On 16 October all devices were locked until paid up. I need my phone and 3G for bussiness and commissionof sales. I lost 2 weeks of salary.
I insist all money more than R400pm, taken from me into my bank account, and a minimum R10000.00 for loss of income. I can still only receive calls. I had to stop all other debit orders, incl my bond.
