I loaded R30 airtime on my phone, I made two short phone calls & to my surpirise my airtime was exhausted. I called the mtn call center for assistance, they were very rude and unwilling to assist. Instead I was advised that my airtime has been loaded on another mtn subscriber's number & that I should report this matter to the Police authority. I find this extremely to the highest degree, this is pathetic service coming from such a well renowned company of MTN's calibre. This is not the 1st time I've experienced this infact I would advise people to stay away from MTN & consider other network providers, MTN is a network all they know is their clients & giving crapy service. I know I'm not the only client, infact their new slogan should be MTN where you get robbed.
