I have a billing issue to my knowledge was sorted out last month, when I called yesterday 30/10 I spoke to someone that said there is no note about this and that the my meg 500 is still active- and there is no note that you called yesterday, I told the agent that I did and cancelled it last month, so why was I billed for it this month.. the frustration I feel the lack of service I am getting, she said no worries I will get my team leader to call you before the end of the day, of course I don't get a call back strick II at this point. I called again no note from last month and the previous agent closed the ticket as resolved. I spoke to supervisor Patricia she was looking at the case she explained it to me. but I was very upset that the service provided by vodacom was disgusting
