After getting a "Not Registered On The Network " message on my Samsung S2 Mini for a while I took my Samsung S2 Mini directly (on 2/10/13) to Smart Lab in Montague Gardens after Nashua Mobile, my service provider, told me that it will be a lot quicker for my phone to be repaired should it need any repairs by dealing with Smart Lab directly. Less than half an hour ago I got a sms with a quote of R2348.27 saying that since I got "drop damage" to the phone and although the phone is still under warranty I have to pay that amount since the warranty does not cover the damage. I went back to Smart Lab to fetch my phone, rejected the quote and went to Nashua Mobile in Canal Walk where they found that the reason why I constantly got the message on my phone was because my sim card was damage! So after replacing the sim card at no charge I havent had any problems with my phone. So to anyone that wants to deal with Smart Lab be carefull. This is enough proof that they are trying to rip of people!!
