Good day I am sick and tired of begging
My phone was 7th January and I am still waiting for replacement
Autopage has charged me for 7months for insurance 7500 and now that I want to claim they only want to pay for a R5000 phone.
I ordered the phone then told them I would like to cancel due to the fact that I am insured for more I feel that I can get a better phone. IT IS NOT MY FAULT AUTOPAGE OVER INSURED ME! I PAID IT LIKE A FOOL>
Angelique said she was going to stop the deal and we are now almost a month later and nothing has happened
the phone wich was stopped long ago is apparently still at the store and not yet been sent back.

Angelique canceled my 7500 insurance and put me on the correct package but now what happens to the extra premuims Ive been paying???
AND THE BIG CONCERN I STILL DO NOT HAVE A PHONE
CAN SOMEONE GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS PLEASE
OR SHOULD WE CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND MOVE TO SOMEONE ELSE??
