Sick and tired of autopage

I wanted to cancel my contract with Autopage when it reached its end of two yrs (last year) because of a credit they where suppose to pass and never did a full one, and because they do not have any client service. Clive Naidoo convinced me not to cancel my contract as i can phone him personally should i have any problem in the future 0116505604. The mic on my phone stopped working, couriers picked up my phone on the 08/01/2013, they phoned me after a while and said they not replacing they sending it for repairs. I phoned numerous times now and my problem is not solved and no phone recieved back yet, its the 19/03/2013. Clive Naidoo just said sorry not working in that division anymore so he just put me through to customer care! I never missed a payment in the YEARS i have been with autopage, im SICK and TIRED of there service!!! or the mere lack of it!! As long as they recieve your money they happy doesnt matter how happy you are!
