Thank you for the response, but everything on my account is still not corrected. I understand my extra call charges, but the issue is the broadband 250mb and call line identity fee.
The credit of R59 for the broadband 250mb is correct. However there's a R9 CALL LINE IDENTITY MONTHLY FEE that was added on my account and I did not get the credits for that. Please correct this.
Unfortunately it still seems that these items are not completely removed from my account. On my unbilled invoice on MTN Active it still shows both these items.
It's not my job to contact MTN every month to correct my account. Please ensure that these items gets removed from my account so that we don't have this issue in future again and again and again like we had now.
