It is now 6 days that I am sitting with no ADSL, no Internet and a broken Telkom cable lying on my back lawn.
I am paying Telkom for a service but have no service.
when you call 10210 to follow-up they put the phone down on you. That's how much they care about their customers.
When Raymond the Telkom technician does call to set up an appointment he doesn't bother to pitch up as promised and leaved the customer hanging around waiting for him.
No wonder people hate Telkom so much.
It appears they simply do not care one little bit about their customers or about customer service.
Telkom, this is pathetic service and customer care.
