Customer Service non existant at MTN

I am a loyal customer of MTN for the past 10 years & my situation arised when I took a contract from MTN on the 30/07/2011 which was a 2 gig modum and a Acer laptop, within 4 days after recieving the goods there was a problem with the goods. We ran back and forth at our own cost between MTN Gateway, MTN Pavillion, Mtn Gatemax and Acer Springfield trying to sort out the problem; we also sent an email to the regional manager Shahim Sheik on 22/01/2012 and he did not even have the decency to reply. Basicaly it will take me more the 594 characters which i have been given to explain my situation so i will try to explain my situation. I have numerous references of calls which we had made to MTN including having telephonic discussons with several supervisors and the problem could just not be solved. We were to by the saleman at MTN when he told us that the laptop was sent for repairs but infact he kept it with him in the store this was discovered when we called to ask for a repair reference number we spoke to Lucy from repair centre ref: 85681063. The laptop is now with MTN for the last 9 months and we cannot pay for something that we do not have and has not worked from day 1.
