This email was sent to MTN in Oct and I still dont have a response! and I am utterly DISGUSTED at the poor service received from MTN! As recent as last month I switched over to contract and ALREADY I have a complaint. The service level provided by your employees and company is extremely poor! When you dial through to your customer-care line you wait forever on the line firstly to get through to a consultant and then when you eventually get through to someone they end up not helping you anyway! I am highly irritated that my service was cut off with no formal notice. It does not help sending me an SMS at 00:33 about me exceeding my credit limit after I have not been able to use my phone at all from yesterday afternoon already! Then, I must take my own time to call through to your customer care line AGAIN to seek help and still end the call with NO Assistance at all. I am very upset and disappointed at the service received from Thabo Khobotlo. I called in at 7:35 to confirm what my credit limit is and how I can gain access to using my services again and all I got was attitude, rudeness and horrible service! You seriously need to train your staff on custoner service! Still No help!
