CALLED YOUR CENTRE 1 MONTH AGO TO CANCEL. CLEARLY INSTRUCTED THEM TO CANCEL AND GO OVER TO PRE PAID. CONTRACT ENDED 28 OCT, MY NUMBER IS NOW DISCONTINUED ON THE NETWORK. I CALLED AUTOPAGE WAS TOLD 48 HOURS, THAT STORY I HEARD YESTERDAY. THE AGENT BUYISIWE WAS GIVEN A LAND LINE NUMBER TO CONTACT ME COS DUHHH THE CELL # U HAVE, YOU DISCONTINUED ME ON THE NETWORK - SHE DIDNT BOTHER TO ENTER THAT IMPT PIECE OF INFO. SO NOW I AM SITTING WITH NO NUMBER, NO PHONE COS I CANT GO OVER ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER BUT CLEARLY YOGU GIVE A . ALL I GET TOLD IS 48 HOURS, IM TIRED OF WAITING AND YOUR TERRIBLE SERVICE HENCE I AM LEAVING YOUR COMPANY WHILST I CAN...
