I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

I applied for a contract phone, the phone was delivered after 7days only to realize that it was WRONG!!! PHONE!!! Called the call centre and I was advised that they would cancell the contract and collect the phone. The following month I was billed for subcription and was reversed after I complained. The following month I was billed for a CANCELLATION FEE!!! WHAT FOR??? AND SUBSCRIPTION FEE!!! WHAT THE!!! SO CALLED SUPERVISOR ZANELE GULE told me that no one is working in their billing department who is going to resolve my query if no one is working??? I spent over R200.00 worth of airtime calling your CALL CENTRE . I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR MY TIME WASTED CALLING YOUR USELESS COMPANY... I want the whole world to know what service you provide and Im changing to another network provider!!!
