Mtn, s charges are unreasonable

I have two contract with Mtn one which is a cell phone and a Broadband 2G which I have been paying well an amount of R279.00 until recently when mtn billed me R1843.64 which I was told that it was because I had used 8Gig of data, which is different to what I had spent which was 5 Gig, a query was logged and no one has gotten back to be besides the itemised billing I had received after 7days of the requested date as I was told that I will get it by 24 hours when I called the call centre. I reversed the 1843.64 and I paid R420.00 to mtn while waiting for their feedback from the investigation. On the 13th my sim card was suspended. Again this month and billed me R1983.53 of which I find the charges very unreasonable and I don't understand why they charged that amount. I was not informed that the broadband 2G was not going to be on top up contract and when I went to the branch to enquire if can switch it to top up contract the consultant at the branch was rude and told me that I should come with the guy from the call centre who told me advised me that I can switch to top up contract. I am not HAPPY AND I AM PAYING MORE THAN I SHOULD. Frustrated!!!
