I have been billed for a subscription service I did not request. Based on all the similar history of complaints, I am of the assumption that this is a regular occurrence. I am going to ask you once only to remove the subscription and refund me the money deducted from my mobile phone (27744560611).

I am an employee in the communications regulations industry (ICASA) and have in my possession all the resources to adequately pursue this matter with dire consequences for yourselves. This is an illegal form of extortion and this matter will be escalated should I not receive feedback from yourselves within 48 hours from today.
