After a morning of terrible service all through King Shaka Airport in Durban, my sister and I arrived at O R Tambo and decided to feed our hungry stomachs at The Raj. We were greeted with a huge smile by Cindy, our waitress, who had the friendliest face we'd seen all day. Cindy happily saw to all our needs, including getting our water order correct - you'd be surprised that she's been the only person to get it right in years: a glass of water with no ice and LOTS of lemon! - and suggested meals for us as well. Upon paying, Cindy THANKED us for the tip - a 1st for anywhere in South Africa that I've experienced. Thank you Cindy for a wonderful experience at The Raj! Every restaurant needs more waiters/ waitresses like Cindy :)
