I took a contract from Cell C (Smart Data 2Gig). Firstly they gave me 1 Gig of Data for the month and 1 Gig (they advertise 3 Gig) for night usage. Even though i connect to a WiFi Network during the day. The 1 gig is already finished???
I have lodged a query with the technical department but they are yet to look into this matter, that's if they aren't transferring you from person to person (Your looking at a 20 min wait to speak to someone).
Their consultants are uninformative and knowledge of the cell c products are limited.
I will be waiting for a call...
