Order Not LOGGED!

In september I placed an order with telkom to upgrade my line from a 2mb to a 4mb line. But I placed a order for there do Uncapped 4mb. This is to be activated on the 1st Of November. I phone this morning and the order had not even been placed. This is the second time in 2 weeks I have had this issue with telkom. I have no idea WHAT THE F!!! is happening there. Thank I called and re-ordered. They assure me it will be activated and I will receive my dsl login details on the 1st Of November. I doubt it... I have my wife writing up a lawyers letter as we speak if it is not done. Even if it is activated, I will be testing the out of that line speed. As telkom is famous for stating they have upgraded you line speed, but don't do it. Then you end up paying for something you think you have. SOME ADVICE. TEST YOUR LINE SPEED ONCE A WEEK! as I'm betting a lot of people are paying for a service they are not receiving. I have cancelled with afrihost so I hope to F! this is done. I know many clients of mine are using telkom business for their companies. Along with my fathers company which is one of the biggest construction companies in AFRICA. I think I should start warning them..
