Following a previous complaint in regards to an upgrade, turned incorrectly into a contract, I received a bill for both contracts. The handset was eventually returned and I believe the contract canceled, and a service request logged to refund the monies deducted for the incorrect contract via Manoko Phosa, 29/10/2013 at 14h20. She stated that someone will call me within 2/3 days, but past experience with Vodacom has led me to believe otherwise, hence this email.
Please ensure that someone actually phones me and has the issue addressed.
