I am up till the point where I am looking for ways to take legal action against MTN.
Every piece of documentation MTN requested to investigate my coverage problems, I sent immediately. I received one e-mail back with a reference number (which I found out was incorrect) on 01-10-2013. This a month I am waiting and my problem lasts much longer than this.
So let me make this clear. If MTN don't PHONE me back on ref no: 0058189 I am taking legal action. I don't want a reply on Helopeter with the same old jargon to populate documents and email [Email Removed] I did it all.
When I phone MTN, everyone has a different story and there is never a manager available. One of the Top cellular companies in our country and your employees are incapable of assisting clients.
