Useless mtn after 8 years i wil do the same as 400 000 other clients and close my cellphone contract Vodacom brilliant excellent service got approved in 9 hours thats what i call caring... i was not notified that my debit order was returned and they suspended my service without any email sms or phonecall i asked the customer care clerk yo sent me a letter where i was informed that my debit order was returned but still no reply! i actually dont want anything to do with mtn just want my cancelation email and how much i must pay to get rid of them
