SUSPEND PHONE WHEN DEBIT ORDER IS RUN

The debit order was run on the 15 January and I still receive a message today that the line will be suspended.
I don't understand the reason why I still receive an sms stating that the line will be suspended when the debit order was successful yesterday and the account is paid

If the bill is unpaid I can understand a suspension, but y suspend a line wen it was paid
