Cell C service provider is the most rudest provider that I've ever dealt with because when it comes to the debit orders that have been returned they charge you a R70 extra fee & its not even in the contract & they don't even have the right to charge that because not even the banks charge that amount for a unpaid debit orders! They don't even give you a chance to make a payment by month end if the debit order was returned they just suspend the line with in 48 hours.
They force you to do a debit order & it must be on a date that is convenient to them not you the client!
The attitudes of the staff from the call center is disgusting & rude & the call center agents have no idea of customer service!
I will never deal with take out a Cell C contract again!
