Ok so I took out a new contract with vodacom, adding one to my current acount with them.on the company website it states free connection if u are part of the family, imaging my surprise when I got charged activation... well trying to get an explanatiom out of vodacom is imposibble.8 hours of phonecalls and 8 days later, no reply! all the consultants seem to have no idea what they are talking about and of all them are incompetent.false advertising, bad service, bad attitude all rolled into one!!! Wow.what's nxt from vodacom??
