, worst service, dropped the call

Mira claims that they are not doing anything wrong, they deduct money off my account for their clients whom I subscribed to and not able to tell me how, nor can they supply me with the evidence thereoff.

If you are deducting money on somebody elses account that makes you responsible. I did not agree to anything.

Your staff is rude and refuses to send me the details via email after I had to hold the line for 15min to speak with someone, when I asked why they said that they do not make special arrangements as they are still dealing with complaints from previous days, then the dropped the call. PATHETIC!

I will not stop this and expect every cent paid back.
