I made a move from Vodacom to Cell C "the worst move ever", the problem is that I'm in sales and I travel a lot most of the time I have dropped calls, I don't get my mails and this is a business tool. I travel on the Golden highway, to Polokwane, and Northwest most of the time and the network is very bad there. I called the help desk, I emailed the network dept, and the sm@cellc's email address but still no assistance. I'm paying for a contract - R800 per month that I cannot use. I also requested a data usage report which they also have not sent me as they told me my data bill was high "a phone that I'm not using", I also asked for a cancellation quote which I still have not received. I have now decided to send the phone back to cell c they will see what they do with the contract.
