A call centre agent called me and sold me a contract which included the S3 Samsung phone. I did not check the package when i received it and opened it when I was at home. I was sent a Samsung Galaxy pocket. I tried calling the number given (021 001 7500) but they constantly disconnect my call. I am now at the point where I would like to return the phone and cancel this contract.
