Call centre do not answer the phone

I apply for a new contract, the connection fees are already deducted from my bank account. I call the call centre on 021 001 7500 several time ether someone disconnect my call or it continue to ring. I send a complain to the e-mail adress [Email Removed], but it came back as undelivered
