WE TOKE OUT A NEW S4 CONTRACT FROM CELLC IN THREE RIVERS! BEFORE THE 7 DAYS WERE OVER WE TOKE IT BACK BECAUSE THE SCREEN WENT DEAD AND DROPPED SIGNAL. ACCORDING TO THE GUYT IT WERE ONLY A SETTING SO HE "FIXED" IT. SO WE WENT AWAY FOR THE HOLIDAYS BUT STIL THE PHONE DROPPED SIGNAL HIS SCREEN JUST GO BLACK SO WE TOKE IT BACK 1 WEEK AGO AND REQUESTED A NEW PHONE AS WE DONT WANT THAT ONE ANYMORE UP TO DATE WE DONT HEARD ANYTHING SO MY HUSBAND PHONED THEM AND THEY TOLD US THEY ARE REPAIRING THE PHONE!!! WHAT DONT THEY UNDERSTAND WE DONT WANT THAT OLD PHONE BACK WE DONT WANT A NEW ONE!!! I WONT PAY THAT CONTRACT HOW MUST WE PAY FOR A THING WE DONT HAVE ANY USE OFF!!!
