I notified MTN on 27/9/2013 that my brother had passed away and asked what should happen with contract etc. My Mom is the excecutor of the Estate but because she is elderley I am assiting her. They send a return mail to tell you that they will get back in 5 working days, but to date no response. My reference no from Legal Department is 7102279. I would like to esculate the query but the only way is again through Customer Care. I simply want to know in writing what must happen now in order to finalise the estate. I sent email again yesterday but have had no response.
