My father passed away, his vehicle financed through stannic, was part of the estate which took more than a year to get finalised, we try to claim from credit life, the claim was repudiated we told the person at Stannic that we can't finalise any decision regarding the car until the estate will be finalised according to the attorney that handled the estate, now that the estate has been cleared, we want to make a final decision regarding the vehicle, we found out that the car might have been already sold on an auction, apparently they send out a registered letter to me, to an address where nobody lives, and the details of this address is wrong, Kailash supplied me with the tracking number of the letter, according to the post office this letter has been returned to sender due to undelivered. I mean how does that work, they got all your contact details, but they can't even send you an SMS and say, listen what is going to happen with the car, so we could have respond quickly and ensure that this vehicle will not be sold on an auction, this is really unacceptable.
